If your computer is set to one of the following Regional Settings, this version of Massage Suite should work for you.

English (Australia), English (Canada), English (Caribbean), English (New Zealand), English (United Kingdom).

Make sure you set the date format on the Locale screen (enter at lower right of the Company screen) to match your regional default format.

You have three options:

1. If you do not have a previous demo program installed, download the file to install the Massage Suite Demo program. (13.4 mb)

When you double-click (or select Open after the download is complete) on the downloaded file (MassageSuiteIntlDemoP.exe), select the choice to Unzip the files. This will install the demo installation files in the folder c:\MassageSuiteDemoInstallation. It will contain the following folders and files:

InstallMassageSuite.bat
CreateFoldersCopyFiles.bat
InstallationInstructions.htm.
QuickStart.htm

Massage Suite is not installed on your computer yet, you still need to do steps 1 and 2 below. Massage Suite will be installed and ready to run after these two steps are completed.

Massage Suite will be installed in the folder c:\MassageSuite rather than c:\Program Files\MassageSuite. The reason for this is because the program allows you to enter file locations into the database for supporting documentation. By eliminating one level (Program Files), this should insure that you will not have a file location string with a length longer than is allowed in the database.

If you install Massage Suite in a different folder, the CreateFoldersCopyFiles.bat file will not work. You will need to modify the file to change all references to c:\MassageSuite to the location you selected. Or you can perform the commands in this file manually. The program will not function if these steps are not done correctly.

Step 1. Double-click on InstallMassageSuite.bat.
Step 2. When the program installation is done, double-click on CreateFoldersCopyFiles.bat

Your screen resolution needs to be at least 1024 x 768. You will not be able to see the bottom of the main screen to log in if your screen resolution is 800 x 600. Read the QuickStart.htm file (Start Up Guide) to make learning and using the program easier.

The password for the Administrator is: admin

If you are using the demo on a network, you can install the necessary files on your client computers by just doing Step 1 above on each client computer. Do not do Step 2. It is not necessary on the client computers.

2. If you still have a previous demo installed on your computer, you can download a file to just install three updated files. You do not need to reinstall the program to use the current demo. (2.06 mb)

When you double-click (or select Open after downloading the file) on the downloaded file (MassageSuiteIntl3Files.exe), select the choice to Unzip the files. The three updated files will be installed in c:\MassageSuite. Change the installation location if you changed the location when you installed the demo program. The program is now ready to run.

3. If you want to install the current version of the User's Manual, you can download this file to install the files on your computer. (11.8 mb)

When you double-click (or select Open after downloading the file),  the downloaded file (MassageSuiteUM.exe), select the choice to  Unzip the files. The User's Manual files will be installed in c:\MassageSuite\usermanual. Change the installation location if you changed the location when you installed the demo program. Using Windows Explorer, got to c:/MassageSuite/usermanual and double-click on the file named index.htm to view the user's manual using your web browser. You can also create a shortcut on your desktop to this file.

The folder c:\MassageSuite (or other folder if changed) should have the following folders (program folder on client machines connected to a network should be empty except for the file "St6unst.log"):
backupdb  =  Daily backup of the database.
compactdb  =  Compacted copy of the database (after every 10 days).
docs  =  Idea here is for you to create client folders (i.e. DoeJohn) and enter documentation, referral scans, etc here. That way when you back up the c:\MassageSuite folder, you will back up all your documents along with the database, program and supporting files.
image  =  Body image files for SOAP notes.
photo  =  Picture of client (300 x 450 @ 96 dpi)(LastNameFirstNameMI.jpg)
soap  =  Files for SOAP notations.
temp  =  Program creates temporary files here during some processes.
usermanual = Location of user's manual.
worddoc  =  Used for custom reports. An example is included.

It should also contain the following files:
MassageSuite.exe
MassageSuite.mdb
MassageSuite.mdw
St6unst.log

The program is now ready to run. The password for the Administrator is: admin

If you should run into any errors, please contact me at feedback@massage-suite.com and tell me what screen you were on, what you were doing or what button you pushed when the error occurred. Also make note of the error description and whether it terminated the program or not.

The only limitation on the Demo program is a maximum of 5 clients, 30 relaxation and 30 medical sessions can be entered. All other functionality is present. If you want to try many different scenarios, you can just reload the original (empty) database and start again. You can do this as many times as you wish.
