The program is designed to do a lot of the work for you, but you need to take the time at the start to enter the required supporting information. Putting this supporting data in place first will help to shorten the learning curve.

The group of buttons along the top of the main page relates to much of the supporting data needed in the program.

A recommended path to follow is as follows:
Tax Rates - Enter the applicable tax rates for services and product sales (ex: Enter 8.5% as 8.50). This information is needed for entries on the 'Company' screen.
Company - Set the different program controls as desired.
CPT Code - Enter the applicable CPT codes. These are needed on the 'Modality' screen for medical massage entries.
Modality - Enter the modalities that you offer. Needed on the 'Client' screen for both relaxation clients and medical massage patients. Also needed on the 'Custom Packages' and 'Special Pricing' screens.
Diagnosis Code - Enter diagnosis codes. Needed on the 'Client' screen for medical massage patients.
Personnel - Enter staff and therapists. Needed on the 'Client' screen, and 'Therapist Percentage' screen.
Therapist Percentage - Only needed if you pay other therapists on a percentage basis.
Attorney - Enter Attorney records. Needed on 'Coverage' screen when applicable.
Coverage - Enter the different companies/plans that you accept payment from for your medical massage patients. Needed on the 'Referring Provider' and 'Client' screens.
Referring Provider - Enter the providers that give you the referrals for your medical massage patients. Needed on the 'Patient Referral' screen.
List Of Values - You control what entries are included in seven different lists in the program.
Client - Enter client information. Needed on the 'Group', 'Special Pricing' and 'Patient Referral' screens. Remember to check the 'Relaxation Client' and/or 'Medical Patient' check boxes so this client will be included on the 'Relaxation Session' and/or 'Medical Session' screens.
Group - Enter Group names. To add clients to a Group, you will have to return to the 'Client' screen and mark clients as part of a Group by recalling the client records and selecting the Group they belong to, then updating the record.
Custom Packages - This screen is where you create 'Custom Package' templates. These templates can be used on the 'Custom Package' screen when selling a package to a Client or Group.
Special Pricing - You can enter Special Pricing for Clients or Groups by Modality. These prices will be automatically displayed on the Relaxation Session when the Client/Modality or Group/Modality combination is selected.

These buttons also relate to other supporting data needed throughout the program.

Patient Referral - Enter Patient Referrals for automatic entry and/or selection in the 'Medical Session' screen Referral list.
Work Schedule - Enter staff work schedule for display on the top of the 'Appointment Calendar'.
SOAP/Intake Setup - Enter supporting information on six different screens for SOAP, Initial Health, and Health Information.
Promotion - Enter promotions for automatic entry in the 'Relaxation Session' screen Promotion list.
Vendor - Enter source of products you sell.
Product - Enter product/inventory information of products you sell.
Source - Enter Vendor/Product combinations to track sources and pricing.
Company To Bill - Enter companies you may bill for various items.
Billing Fees - Enter fees that you bill companies for.
